Thanks to a $625,000 grant from the City of Dallas Housing Apartment, CityWide CDC acquired a 12-unit apartment complex at 5050 Gaston Avenue in Dallas to be refurbished for low income, senior housing.

Additional funding to cover rehabilitation costs was supplied via a $100,000 grant from the Meadows Foundation and an $80,000 loan from the Texas Mezzanine Fund. The 12 units have been occupied since its completion in December 2010. CityWide CDC continues to manage the facility.
