Jubilee Park is a 62-block area of East Dallas, roughly bounded by Fair Park, IH 30 and East Grand Avenue, that is undergoing a revitalization, thanks to the support of a number of agencies and organizations. With a focus on affordable housing, public safety, health services and education, a variety of programs are offered to the low income residents.

The Dallas Housing Finance Corporation contracted with City Wide CDC to develop, construct and manage a 24-unit property for senior housing. Located just across the street from the Jubilee Park Community Center, residents have easy access to the extensive programming offered by the center.
